Financial Aid

One of the biggest concerns students have is how to pay for their college education. Cloud County Community College helps students and their families afford an education through a number of financial aid assistance options: college-funded scholarships based on merit, achievement, and/or need; state and federally funded grants and loans; and college work study and employment options.

See our handy tips below!

  • To apply for financial aid, you must fill out a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) form. You can receive one from your high school counselor, from Cloud or fill one out online. Turn your FAFSA form in as soon as possible after January 1st.
  • Don't make assumptions about receiving financial aid until you have filled out, submitted, and received confirmation that you will receive aid.
  • Apply early for any hometown or Cloud scholarships. Our priority deadline is April 1st.
  • Consider loans as an alternative or supplement to financial aid.

Remember, you must reapply each school year, start early!

The Cloud Federal School Code is 001909.

Please contact the Financial Aid office at 1-800-729-5101, ext. 283 for more information.
